Unfortunately VB6 was released when XP was new, so when installing on Windows 7 you will get a number of warnings that there are newer files on your system.  You should keep the newer file and click “Ignore error” on the other dialog boxes.  Click the Galaxy desktop icon to start program after the install is complete.
